Multilingual Recruiter (In-house or Freelance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter, either in-house or freelance, with native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French. These roles require a recruiter with a strong background in hiring for electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across international markets. Candidates must also be fluent in English and demonstrate a proven ability to source, engage, and hire top talent within a multicultural and multilingual context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned regions and language markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and language-specific platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities and cultural fit.
- Ensure a professional and culturally aware candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Facilitate interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, local talent pools, and hiring practices relevant to your language region.
- Collaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring teams to share insights and streamline recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Proven recruitment experience in electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors.
- Experience recruiting across diverse geographies and cultural contexts.
- Strong sourcing skills using modern tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, niche job boards).
- Highly organized with excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, whether remotely or in-house, and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is preferred.
