ERP 1C Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

AQMM is a management services company. We are looking for an experienced ERP 1C Developer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, integration, and support of 1C: Enterprise systems. Fluency in Russian is essential, as you will work closely with Russian-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ERP systems based on 1C: Enterprise platform
• Customize existing modules and create new ones based on business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Integrate 1C with other systems (CRM, HRMS, Accounting, etc.).
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation and change logs.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security.
• Participate in migration and upgrade projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a 1C Developer
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance & logistics
• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
