Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant to manage both professional and personal matters. This role requires a high level of trust, organization, ownership, and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare, organize, and submit applications, forms, and official documents to relevant authorities
- Manage a portfolio of investments, including banking and properties
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Organize documents, reports, and records
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Conduct research and provide concise summaries to support decision-making
- Assist with any other personal errands and day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Flexible with different time zones
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Chinese language would be an asset.
- Preferably a global business mindset with an understanding of markets beyond the UAE, particularly Hong Kong, the UK, and the US.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
