Training Support Analyst

The Training Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Training & Standards department, ensuring the efficient execution, standardization, and continuous improvement of training programs. This role contributes to maintaining high operational and safety standards through the design, monitoring, and evaluation of training activities for flight operations personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in training-related tasks or similar functions (preferably in aviation).
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of civil aviation regulations.
• Familiarity with Arajet´s Operations Manual (preferred).
• Understanding of evidence-based training and adult learning methods (preferred).
• Ability to organize information, prepare documents, and follow up on tasks.
