Job Summary:

The Revenue Accounting Specialist is responsible for daily activities involving the posting of entries in the ERP, validating data against bank statements, and using internal tools to confirm accurate sales collection. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Key Responsabilities:

    • Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to revenue collections.
    • Post accurate accounting entries in the ERP system to reflect daily transactions and collections.
    • Support the Revenue Accounting Manager in analysing discrepancies and resolving issues
      related to collections and payments.
    • Validate data from various sources, such as bank statements and onboard collections, to
      ensure timely and accurate posting in the ERP.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement improvements in collection and
      reconciliation practices.
    • Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for management review, ensuring
      all data is accurate and well-documented.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, reconciliations, and adjustments for audit
      purposes and future reference

Minimum requirements

    • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related.
    • Minimum of 3 years in an accounting or finance role, with experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and ERP systems preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
    • Intermediate- Advanced nglish proficiency for professional communication.
