Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager role builds and maintains relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services in the Argentinian market.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing CRM tool to document sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and provide market insights internally.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.Conducting presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support, revenue management and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Minimum requirements
- Experience in sales in the tourism or airline industry required
- Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in Spanish and English
