JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing Automation Analyst supports the operational and creative execution of e-mail marketing and automation strategies, ensuring campaigns are designed, segmented, scheduled, and deployed efficiently, in alignment with the airlines business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, build, and maintain e-mail templates optimized for multiple devices and e-mail clients (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.), ensuring visual consistency and e-mail marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate on the creation and design of e-mail campaigns, working closely with marketing, design and content teams to ensure clear and effective messaging.
  • Execute e-mail marketing campaign deployments, including scheduling, audience validation, QA, and post-send monitoring.
  • Create, configure, and optimize automated flows and campaigns (welcome, remarketing, post purchase, informational, promotional, among others).
  • Segment audiences using behavioral criteria, demographic data, and business variables to maximize relevance and performance.
  • Support basic measurement and analysis of campaign results (open rate, CTR, conversions), identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of prior experience in similar roles in E-mail Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Web Design.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and proficiency with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
  • Familiarity with e-mail marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email (a plus).
