Job Context:

  • This role is situated within the dynamic environment of the airline industry, where expertise in airline operations, ticketing systems, customer service processes, and adherence to regulatory standards are key to success. The Senior Functional Analyst will play a crucial role across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that each phase aligns seamlessly with the company's business objectives.

Given the fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure nature of the work, flexibility is essential. The Senior Functional Analyst must be ready to operate outside of core hours as needed and be prepared for occasional overseas travel.
  • The job also involves leveraging tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and progress tracking. Additionally, effective conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement are integral, fostering discussions that result in collaborative solutions. The analyst will also maintain awareness of project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring deliverables meet the specified financial and timeline constraints.
