Job Summary:

The Sales Support Agent is responsible for referring requests from internal and external clients, ensuring efficient and quality service through platforms such as Zendesk or similar. The agent also assists in managing reservations, quotations, payments, and related requests, contributing to the achievement of the sales area objectives.


Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance in own area with policies and regulations where applicable in order to safeguard the company from any high-risk audit findings, regulatory breaches and company exposure with negative financial implications.
  • Any other duties and accountabilities as assigned by the VP of Marketing & Sales.
  • Provide general customer assistance in writing and/or over the phone.
  • Manage passenger information and respond to related inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations for clients.
  • Create and manage reservations.
  • Send payment links to clients wishing to use credit cards.
  • Validate payment receipts.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service (desirable).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with platforms such as Zendesk or similar tools (a plus).
  • English proficiency (required)
