Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to join our team at Arajet. As a Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments and positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and make hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the airline, Call Center or travel industry.
    • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
