The Arajet E-Commerce Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Arajet's digital commerce initiatives. This role will be responsible for ideating on new product enhancements, backlog and sprint planning, lead execution, delivery and optimization of various e-commerce projects aimed at enhancing the online customer experience and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of e-commerce principles, and a passion for innovation in the airline industry.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the travel space.
• Experience leading an agile development team, including feature/user story development, estimating, unit testing, etc.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices. Experience working for airlines and Radixx PSS experience is a plus.
• Experience with UX/UI Design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of development best practices, design patterns, and standards and how to apply them.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ownership and delivery track record.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to present ideas to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent standard of Spanish (written, conversational and comprehension)
• Advanced English (written, conversational and comprehension).
