Job Purpose

We are seeking an independent Sales Manager to join our team full-time in Argentina. If you are

Key Responsibilities 

· Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators, and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Lead other Key Account Manager(s) in market, including training, developing skills, supporting in high-level negotiations, pipeline and portfolio management, driving account planning, and auditing relationships.

· Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity, maintain an updated client and prospect database.

· Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools.

· Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and provide market insights internally.

· Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales Support, revenue management and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

· Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

· Stay updated on airline products, policies, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

· Other responsibilities related to the role.

Minimum Requirements

· Sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

· Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

· Experience managing salespeople

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Proficiency in CRM software

· Fluency in Spanish and English

· Experience in sales in the airline industry required
