Summary:
As a Distribution Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Arajets distribution channels, including OTAs, meta searchers, GDS, codeshare and interline distribution.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Handle daily operations related to distribution channels.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to booking discrepancies, content inaccuracies, or system outages.
  • Assist in reporting and analysis of distribution channel performance by gathering and compiling data for the managers review.
  • Work with BI to set up recurring reporting for partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of distribution-related processes, workflows, and partner communications
  • Troubleshoot issues related to GDS distribution and API integrations, acting as the primary point of contact for any technical or operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure system updates and integrations are timely and accurate.

Minimum requirements:

    • University degree with focus on technology, information systems or related fields.
    • 2-3 years of work experience.
    • Airline industry experience a plus, but not required.
    • Strong analytical skills, naturally curious, creative and constantly looking for ways to optimize.
    • Comfortable with change and working with a high degree of ambiguity will be critical.
    • Ability to work within a team.
    • Ability to provide customer service internally and externally.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI/Tableau, API management (Postman) and knowledge on coding languages such as Json, XLM, SQL, NoSQL, Python is a plus.
