Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including precise monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Own the candidate experience by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing talent communications.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding for new joiners and professional offboarding experiences.
  • Manage and upgrade employee records using our advanced HR information systems.


Office Administration

  • Oversee facilities, coordinate corporate events, and launch exciting internal culture programs.
  • Liaise with global vendors and manage office insurance contracts.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of solid experience in HR or corporate administration.
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and local labor laws.
  • Equipped with a strong growth mindset, thriving on multitasking and flawless attention to detail.
  • Flawless written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to connect with our global team.
  • Exceptional discretion when handling highly confidential information.
  • Immediately available candidates will be given immediate priority.
