Accountant / Accounting Supervisor/ Assistant Finance Manager

Our client is a world-renowned manufacturer of fragrances for Perfumes, Personal Care, Home Care, and Industrial products, with a strong international presence and a commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts and subsidiary accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, general ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Deliver monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and analysis reports to support business decisions.
• Utilize ERP/accounting systems to ensure efficient reporting, asset management, and inventory control.
• Handle claims, payments, billings, and issue invoices with precision.
• Collaborate closely with regional accounting teams to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification with LCCI Higher Level certification.
• At least 6 years of accounting experience, preferably gained within multinational corporations, with valuable exposure to the Asian market.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with confident communication ability.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
