About the job Digital Marketing Platforms Consultant

Our client is seeking a digital strategist with strong Google Marketing Platform expertise to empower client success through training, technical support, and strategic implementation. Youll play a key role in optimizing campaign performance, driving analytics projects, and enhancing digital maturity across diverse client.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead expert on Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or Display & Video 360 (DV360) or Search Ads 360 (SA360)solving complex technical issues and guiding clients through onboarding and platform adoption
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on audits and strategy sessions
  • Ensure campaign integrity through media tag verification
  • Maintain up-to-date resources, including roadmaps and usage documentation
  • Assist in digital analytics projectsfrom consulting input to QA
  • Execute full-cycle Conversion Rate Optimization experiments using AB Tasty, VWO, and other platforms
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional efforts that support innovative digital transformation

What You Offer:

  • 3-4+ years in digital marketing, analytics, or ad tech
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Curious, adaptive, and resilient with a proactive work ethic
  • Experience working both independently and within multinational teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Confident in presenting, client support, and workshop facilitation
  • Hands-on with CM360/DV360/SA360, GA, GTM
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying, SEM, and campaign measurement
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS/JS fluency, experience in technical writing or support roles
