Our client is a listed healthcare company with a strong presence in Hong Kong , China, Macau and Overseas. With a focus on providing high-quality healthcare services to the community, our client has experienced rapid growth and expansion in recent years.

Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor the overall business budget, P&L, and financial controls to ensure the business's financial stability and growth.
Represent the company in legal and compliance matters with customers and external stakeholders.
Develop and control the S&M annual budget, P&L, and A&P expenses to achieve company goals.
Oversee the retail and non-retail channels to drive sales and achieve business targets.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members.
Maintain employee confidentiality and coach, lead, mentor, and motivate employees for performance management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in senior executive management with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Healthcare industry. Exposure to the China market is as asset.
Strong financial acumen and experience in developing and monitoring budgets, P&L, and financial controls.
Proven experience in leading and developing teams, building high-performance cultures, and managing change.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
Frequent travel will be required.
