Customer Success & Digital Analytics Associate

Are you curious, driven, and ready to make an impact in the digital space? Our client is seeking a versatile team member to support our clients and contribute to powerful marketing solutions through the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).

What Youll Do:

• Be the frontline responder for GMP technical inquiries, ensuring top-tier support and communication
• Assist in onboarding and training clients on GMP tools
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to strengthen client relationships
• Maintain product documentationupdates, best practices, roadmaps
• Collaborate across teams to deliver holistic Digital Maturity strategies
• Support Google Analytics and media tracking implementation and QA processes
• Help build dashboards in Looker Studio and launch Conversion Rate Optimization experiments via AB Tasty or VWO
• Take part in internal projects and initiatives that drive innovation

What You Bring:

• 02 years experience in digital marketing, analytics, or ad tech
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a genuine team player
• Bonus: Familiarity with GMP, GA4, GTM, SEM, programmatic, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
