About the job Accounting and Administration Officer

Our client is a global manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support the preparation of financial reports including general ledger and monthly sales reports
  • Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Use ERP/accounting systems to support inventory control and asset management
  • Collaborate with the accounting team and regional offices on routine financial tasks

Administration

  • Provide support in general administrative tasks and help ensure smooth daily office operations
  • Coordinate with service providers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities
  • Prepare daily attendance records and assist with related reporting

What Were Looking For

  • Diploma or higher qualification with LCCI Higher Level certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience, ideally with some exposure to the Asian market
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with guidance
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
