Role Overview
The Business Development Manager Recruitment will be responsible for developing and executing sector-specific strategies to expand company's recruitment market footprint, secure strategic contracts, and build long-term client partnerships across Saudi Arabia and Middle East.

A highly motivated and commercially sharp business development expert with deep Recruitment sector knowledge, strong client networks, and a proven ability to deliver sustainable growth within a competitive market landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth recruitment strategies for healthcare, education, corporate, and government sectors.
Identify, engage, and secure strategic contracts with private and public sector clients.
Lead the preparation of recruitment proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment industry, ministries, and corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for recruitment and staffing needs.
Represent company at recruitment and staffing expos, industry conferences, and business councils.
Achieve defined KPIs, including revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and operational success metrics.
Stay informed on recruitment trends, labor market regulations, and industry best practices.
Mentor and support junior business development executives in recruitment functions.
Report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
10-15 years of business development experience in recruitment within Saudi Arabia.
Proven success in securing large-scale recruitment and staffing contracts.
Strong understanding of KSA labor laws, Saudization policies, and recruitment industry
trends.
Fluent in Arabic and English both verbal and written communication are a must.
