Sales Manager Egypt (Cement Manufacturing Industry)
Our client is a leading solutions provider in the cement manufacturing, heavy industrial equipment, and material handling sector. The company supplies engineered products, industrial chains, and plant support solutions to major cement plants across the GCC and Africa. They are now looking to hire a high-caliber Sales Manager based in Egypt, with periodic travel to Saudi Arabia.
Location: Egypt (with business visits to Riyadh & Makkah, KSA)
Salary: USD 1,128 - 1,692 per month
Benefits: Sales commission + performance bonus
Experience Required: 5-6 years
Nationality: Egyptian (local resident in Egypt)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

Job Description - Sales manager
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify customers and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to develop strong sales strategies.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company targets.
- Set and monitor performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cement plants and industrial clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Communication
- Maintain deep understanding of company products and solutions.
- Communicate product benefits and technical advantages clearly to clients.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Order Management
- Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery schedules.
- Track sales orders and manage customer expectations.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate performance reports and analyze sales data to identify improvement areas.
Events & Networking
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and service teams.
- Provide market feedback to enhance product development.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members when required.
- Continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
Budget Control
- Manage allocated sales budgets and monitor expenses.
Candidate Profile
- 5-6 years of sales experience in cement industry, industrial chains, engineering equipment, or heavy industrial machinery.
- Strong relationships with cement plants and industrial clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel to KSA when required.
- Must be residing in Egypt.
