About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Saudi women with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and securing high-quality leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of interested prospects for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients, presenting our services and identifying potential opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
Utilize data platforms like Apollo and CRM systems to track and manage outreach activities.
Research and identify high-potential prospects based on industry, geography, and company size.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes to optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target lists.
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets.
Continuously refine calling scripts and outreach strategies based on market feedback.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality (females only, as per client preference).
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic (and English is a plus).
Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand client needs.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data platforms like Apollo is preferred.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
