Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC sales operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, VRF/VRV, etc.), a strong network in the construction and contracting industry, and a proven ability to drive sales growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the HVAC segment.

  • Manage relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and facility management companies.

  • Promote and sell a range of HVAC products and solutions including central air conditioning systems, VRF/VRV units, ducting systems, and ventilation equipment.

  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

  • Provide technical support and product selection guidance to clients and internal teams.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts.

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management.

  • Attend site meetings, project kick-offs, and industry exhibitions as a company representative.

  • Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in HVAC.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 58 years of HVAC sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Jeddah or the Western Region.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, applications, design principles, and project sales cycles.

  • Established relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers in the region.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Valid Saudi driving license is required.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with international HVAC brands (e.g., Carrier, Daikin, Trane, LG, Samsung, etc.).

  • Familiarity with MEP project tendering processes and BOQ-based selling.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong commercial and technical acumen.
