Job Summary
We are looking for highly vigilant and disciplined Security Personnel to support our high-security logistics and vault operations. These roles are critical to our secure transport, storage, and risk mitigation processes. Preference will be given to candidates with valid security licenses, military/law enforcement background, or experience handling high-value assets.
Key Responsibilities
️ Physical Security & Surveillance

Conduct regular patrols of facilities, secure zones, and perimeter checkpoints.

Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, motion sensors, alarm systems) and respond promptly to alerts.

Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
Secure Handling & Asset Movement
-
Oversee loading/unloading of high-value cargo such as jewelry, precious stones, or confidential shipments.
-
Escort sensitive goods during internal transfers and client handovers.
-
Coordinate with logistics and vault teams to maintain integrity of sealed shipments and packages.
Vault & Facility Security
-
Monitor and enforce vault access control, ensuring dual-person integrity where required.

Participate in scheduled and unscheduled audits of secure zones and vault areas.

Maintain accurate logs of vault activity, entry/exit records, and incident reports.
Compliance & Emergency Response
-
Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), including incident reporting, escalation protocols, and emergency procedures.

Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, breaches, or suspicious activities.
-
Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first-responder duties if required.
Shift Duties & Team Collaboration

Work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Maintain coordination with fellow security staff, control room operators, and external agencies.

Participate in regular training, briefings, and operational updates.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Mandatory:
-
Valid Security Guard License (SIRA, PSBD, or local equivalent depending on region).

Minimum 25 years of experience in security, preferably in a high-value or sensitive environment.

Clean criminal background and verifiable employment references.

Preferred:
-
Military, police, or law enforcement background.
-
Experience with vault security, cash-in-transit (CIT), or secure logistics operations.

Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms).

Soft Skills:

Strong situational awareness and quick decision-making skills.
-
High integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
-
Physically fit, with ability to stand for long periods and respond to emergencies swiftly.

Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or local language a plus).

Willingness to undergo background checks, drug screening, and physical fitness tests.

Flexibility to work in high-pressure or sensitive environments.

Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information responsibly.
