Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Production Engineer to oversee and manage the production processes for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing activities to ensure timely and efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute HVAC production schedules based on project and client requirements.

Supervise daily production operations, including assembly line processes and fabrication of HVAC units.

Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce costs.

Ensure all products meet the companys quality standards and comply with relevant industry codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, etc.).

Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve any production-related issues.

Maintain and enforce safety protocols across the production floor.

Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials and components.

Prepare regular production reports and maintain documentation of work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection records.

Train and mentor junior production staff and technicians.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 25 years of experience in HVAC production or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and assembly techniques.

Proficiency with production planning tools and manufacturing software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems).

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
