One of our clients is in the Computer Solutions Industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Workstation Support

Years of Experience: 2- 3 yrs

Education: Relevant Bachelors or a Masters Degree

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building Images: Create and maintain standardized workstation images, ensuring they are up to date with the latest
2. software, security patches, and configurations.
3. Support: Provide advanced technical support for workstation-related issues, resolving complex problems and escalating to
4. vendor support as needed.
5. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve workstation-related issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to
6. identify and fix problems.
7. Optimization: Analyze and optimize workstation performance, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
8. Workstation Drivers: Manage and update workstation drivers, ensuring they are compatible and up to date.
9. Deploying and Managing Agents: Deploy and manage agents on workstations, ensuring they are configured correctly and
10. functioning as expected.
11. Security Configuration: Configure and maintain workstation security settings, ensuring they are compliant with organizational
12. security policies and procedures.
13. Patching and Upgrade Windows OS: Apply security patches and upgrades to Windows operating systems, ensuring
14. workstations are up-to-date and secure.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
3. Experience with workstation imaging tools, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar.
4. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
5. Certification in Windows operating systems, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar.
6. Experience with cloud-based workstation management technologies, such as Microsoft Intune or similar will be preferred
