One of our clients is in the Computer Solutions Industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Workstation Support
Years of Experience: 2- 3 yrs
Education: Relevant Bachelors or a Masters Degree

Key Responsibilities:
- Building Images: Create and maintain standardized workstation images, ensuring they are up to date with the latest
- software, security patches, and configurations.
- Support: Provide advanced technical support for workstation-related issues, resolving complex problems and escalating to
- vendor support as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve workstation-related issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to
- identify and fix problems.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize workstation performance, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Workstation Drivers: Manage and update workstation drivers, ensuring they are compatible and up to date.
- Deploying and Managing Agents: Deploy and manage agents on workstations, ensuring they are configured correctly and
- functioning as expected.
- Security Configuration: Configure and maintain workstation security settings, ensuring they are compliant with organizational
- security policies and procedures.
- Patching and Upgrade Windows OS: Apply security patches and upgrades to Windows operating systems, ensuring
- workstations are up-to-date and secure.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
- Experience with workstation imaging tools, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Certification in Windows operating systems, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar.
- Experience with cloud-based workstation management technologies, such as Microsoft Intune or similar will be preferred
