Job Description

You will be required to provide oversight and support to the regional demand planners optimizing regional supply levels and be a key driver of evaluating and suggesting process improvements and efficiencies.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Sales forecast analysis – identify opportunities & gaps
  • Timely adherence of the Production Request Planning (PRP) process
  • Monitoring Uncommitted Supply Plan (UCSP) on the monthly basis identify red flags
  • Process improvement of Operations function
  • Putting in place SOP and recommending “Best Practices”
  • Ad-hoc projects/tasks
  • Developing capabilities of your team of direct reports

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a demand planning role within a multi-sku manufacturing company. Experience in FMCG sectors will be an advantage. Knowledge in Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Table) and SAP is necessary for the role. Strong communication with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
