The hiring company is an established brand in the hospitality industry, with strong footprints globally and in the region. They are currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager to play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes across the region.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Head, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementation of the supply chain development and transformation plan across the region
  • Identify, monitor and evaluate suppliers with a continuous improvement plan
  • Harmonization of best practices and end-to-end supply chain procedures
  • Track, manage, optimize supply chain flows across the group (risks, areas for improvement, supplier issues)
  • Manage and optimize supplier performance in conjunction with the local managers
  • Actively engage suppliers across the region with the objective of continuous improvement and integration
  • Follow up and provide solutions on the handling of disputes with suppliers
    Ensure compliance with global guidelines and internal policies 

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain across Hospitality/Retail/ F&B industries. You must have a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain process, including logistics, inventory management and managing 3PLs. Prior experience in managing a team across the region will be highly regarded. Ability to travel around South-East Asia and strong communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders are essential.
