Manufacturing Senior Manager

About the hiring company

The company is a renowned brand in the FMCG sector with growing demand in South-East Asia. They are actively hiring a Manufacturing Senior Manager who will set up the manufacturing process and product industrialization. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and set up manufacturing processes to optimize and streamline production processes to increase efficiency of operations 
• Implement a value-driven production engineering approach ensuring a sustainable investment return for the company
• Lead a team of engineers to enhance product quality, yield, safety and reliability while complying with environmental, health, and safety guidelines
• Establish, lead and continuously improve processes for purchased part quality reviews, audits and sorting.

The Successful Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a relevant field
• At least 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of building and leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of battery cell manufacturing process and product
• Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds
