As part of this commitment, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Regional Collection Manager to contribute in this area.

Job Description

Your major responsibilities will be mainly within the Product Development sector, as well as extensive stakeholder engagement. To achieve this objective, you will have to work closely with different functions globally.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Establish representative product line in assigned categories
  • Lead strategic business review with key suppliers and internal teams
  • Achieve budget and stretch targets
  • Deep dive strategy ownership of Shoe Line Development
  • Design and execute global strategies in Product Development to achieve service stability and cost competitiveness
  • Ensure that new lines of merchandises are subject to tests for continuous improvement
  • Analyse and forecast market conditions, trends and competition by monitoring regional sales trends
  • Champion long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development. Experience in Footwear sectors will be an advantage. You should also be strong with analytics as well as be sensitive to trends. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
