Job Description
This position will play a key role in planning and developing a comprehensive sales strategy and oversee the sales activities in the region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategy based on company's business objectives, including but not limited to SOPs, KPIs and strategic directions
- Establish annual sales budget with a clear target of revenue generated from each country
- Identify and work closely with with local and regional distributors to target potential key accounts (existing and new accounts)
- Engage and meet with KOLs and channel partners in the region on a regular basis
- Monitor and evaluate the sales progress on a monthly basis with updates to senior management
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications from reputable institutions
- At least 15 years of experience in sales in the medical devices industry, with prior experience in a leadership position
- Proven track record in engaging and dealing with KOLs locally and regionally
- A strong "can-do" attitude with strong mentorship skills
- Ability to travel frequently
