With expansion plan into Asia Pacific region, they are seeking a driven General Manager, Real Estate and Facilities to drive real estate portfolio optimization exercise in Asia Pacific.

Job Description

You will be required to design and align property strategies with company vision and strategies and will be reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities directly.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Asia Property Team, to provide corporate real estate services (ie lease management, facilities management, and investment transactions) in a manner that maximises performance of the organisation's property assets (freehold & leasehold) whether that be financial or operationally
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong working relationships that facilitate the teams effectiveness and reputation as the centre of excellence for corporate real estate services within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that corporate real estate reporting, and processes are according to the best practice.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Real Estate or related studies and you must have a minimum of 10 years in the property industry, in a corporate environment or agency, with an industrial management emphasis. Knowledge of Asian relevant property markets with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
