They are looking for a Head of Procurement to support their growth plans. This role will be based in Hong Kong

Job Description

• Responsibilities include overall procurement strategy and relationship with commodity/ suppliers. (Product sourcing: hardlines and softlines)

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Review and refine procurement policies and procedures.
• Manage sourcing and supplier relationship management to ensure high-quality supply of goods and services, together with driving cost improvement plans;
• Source product categories including hardlines, softlines and amenities
• Make continuous improvement of the overall process;
• Negotiates, reviews, and executes contractual arrangements for goods and services.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should have more than 10 years of experience Supply Management end to end experience in hardlines and softlines sourcing with consumer products preferred. Good negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively at all level. As the role is evolving within a company that recently went through transformation, someone with experience in managing multiple projects and ability to present strong business cases to various stakeholders.
