Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will be to improve competitive advantage through effective management of the Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing function via data analysis. To achieve this objective, you will have to work closely with different functions globally.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing Digital and Social Campaign data
  • Managing an Asian portfolio with a heavy emphasis on China and South Korea media engagement
  • Ensure consistent and accurate digital and social campaign metrics, compiling data into dashboards and present findings across stakeholders
  • Analyse campaign and media performance through different platforms and content types.
  • Digital marketing spend monitoring
  • Propose new ideas for effective campaigns through analysis and research
  • Develop strategic activations to support business goals
  • Champion long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda
  • Extensive Stakeholder engagement

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Marketing or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing in Performance Marketing. Experience in FMCG sectors will be an advantage. You should also be strong at MS Excel, Power BI or Tableau as well as be business savvy. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment are essential.
