With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for a TMS Lead to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth.

Job Description

You will be required to lead the development of the core functional roadmaps for TMS solutions and builds the capability of junior and senior TMS resources and delivers the strategy roadmap for TMS.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning, directing, and coordination activities for TMS solutions being implemented across multiple complex projects / programs and are managed effectively.
  • Manage the relationship with strategic vendors and partners that assist with the design and delivery of packages of work, as according to the business requirements and company’s standards and policies.
  • Point of escalation for the projects / programs for TMS related matter and ensure collaboration of any required parties lead to successful outcomes.
  • Work with internal and external vendors to identify strategic and innovative use of technologies to drive business growth and profit.
  • Provide leadership through the operation of virtual teams across the organization for TMS solution definition and adoption that delivers business outcomes and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or IT related studies and you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics industries implementing operational logistics solutions. Functional Knowledge in Transport Management Solutions is necessary for the role. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
