Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operations strategy and management of materials throughout the product lifecycle. 
Responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Global Materials Management team to ensure that best manufacturing practice is being deployed and to seek opportunity for continuous improvement.
• Deliver strategies meeting customer demands in cost effective and productive manner.
• Define and deploy a robust inventory management and reporting systems, enabling data driven decision making and global supply network optimisation through integration and analytics study.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this position, the candidate will have:

• A degree in Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain

• At least 12 years of experience in Supply Chain or Material Management and 5 years of experience in senior managerial positions

• Strong understanding and experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded

• Strong leadership and analytical skills
