As part of this commitment, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Order Management Manager to assist them and contribute in this area.
Reporting to the Asia Head of Planning, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth transition from production site to delivery to their global distribution centers.
Additional responsibilities will include:
• Manage a team of 2 Analysts – supporting on weekly delivery and shipment reports.
• Work closely with the headquarters and 3rd party providers on order allocation and prioritization to maximise delivery performance.
• Strategise and plan on available storage capacity across their 7 distribution centers globally.
• Monitor and update the ETA dates based on latest transit time for open orders in system.
The Successful Applicant
You must have over 4 years of experience in an order fulfilment role within a logistics or FMCG environment. Good strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and discipline are necessary. You should have the experience of leading a team as this role has 2 reports. To be successful in the role you should have strong communication skills to work with different levels of Stakeholders.
