They are constantly reinventing to keep up with the current trends. To support them in this vision and growth, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Procurement Sourcing.

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, main responsibilities include sourcing strategies for raw materials, supplier relationship management with strong stakeholder management.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

·   Manage and lead the sourcing team to support in negotiation and contracts.

·   Continuously plan, manage, and improve supplier/vendor quality and relationships.

·   Constantly build strong relationships with stakeholders and technical team – R&D, Quality and Regulatory.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should more than 9 years of experience within chemical industry with experience handling more than 100 SKUs within a complex environment. Ability to lead a team to support in their growth with strong communication skills as this role involves constantly engaging with stakeholders from various functions.
