Job Description

  • Hands on delivery for a wide range of procurement activities including execution of request for tenders, quotations and proposals;
  • Guide users to take the necessary steps and liaise with them on specifications, requisitions, invitations, recommendations and/or awards;
  • Ensure procurement processes are conducted in compliance with client's policies and procedures.


  • Preferably public sector procurement experience but will consider other sector experience
  • Proven experience with procurement operations and execution of the procurement source to contract process
  • An ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently
  • Self-motivated with positive work attitude and have good team spirit; possess good planning, problem-solving, interpersonal and organization skills; and have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

*Candidates with more experience may be considered as a Senior Procurement Consultant.
