We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

Position Summary
As a Data Entry Keyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Youll input, update, and verify large volumes of data from multiple sources, supporting our teams in delivering timely and reliable insurance operationsall from the comfort of your remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter alphanumeric data into internal systems from source documents.

Verify, correct, and clean data to maintain high levels of accuracy and completeness.

Perform regular audits and cross-checks to ensure integrity of entered information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies or missing information.

Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company data handling policies in a remote environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

12 years of experience in data entry or clerical support.

Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with a high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and adhering to deadlines.

Ability to attend virtual meetings and communicate effectively with remote teams.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $27 $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
