Position Summary

The Data Entry Associate will play a critical role in supporting business operations by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in internal databases and systems with high accuracy

  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and cross-checks

  • Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times

  • Retrieve data from various sources and compile reports as needed

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify data

  • Assist in identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
