Position Summary
As a Data Entry Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing, managing, and verifying data within our systems. You will work cross-functionally to support operations teams by ensuring the integrity of client, policy, and claims dataall from a remote workspace designed for focus and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Input and update large volumes of data into internal systems with high accuracy.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of data entries to identify and correct errors.

Support administrative and clerical functions tied to documentation and data validation.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Uphold confidentiality and security standards while operating in a remote work environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

12 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working remote.

Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Must be a self-starter, comfortable in a remote team setting with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $27$30 per hour (depending on experience)
