My client is a small to medium sized business who support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in our local community. Their goal is to Support young adults in our local community to have a happy and valuable life experience... and for their team to have passion for the work they do.

Their mission is not just to provide exceptional care but to instil a passion for the work they do in the team. They are looking to recruit a Waking Nights Support Worker to the team, working with an exceptional young man with complex care needs that lives in his own home in Burgess Hill.

This role will see you working on a Monday and Saturday night with this young man from 9pm through to 7am, this is a waking nights role and as such you will be supporting with personal care, administering meds and monitoring him during sleeping time. (full training will be provided)

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A fun and happy outlook on life.
  • Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately sponsorship is not available on this role)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay rate £14-15 per hour
