Your Core Functions

I. Talent Acquisition (Global Full-cycle Recruitment with Strong Emphasis on Candidates Sourcing)

a. Sourcing

    • Coordinate with hiring managers for calibration meetings to understand job specifications and requirements.

    • Build and maintain a strong and reliable candidate pipeline for IT and non-IT related roles across all levels in the Philippines and globally.

    • Create recruiting strategies designed to meet technical/IT hiring requirements within the set hiring timeframe

    • Source high-quality candidates through various creative and relevant sourcing methods, both outbound and inbound to build a robust talent pipeline

    • Write compelling job ads – convert general job descriptions to more appealing ads to target the right audience

    • Utilize the Boolean search process in sourcing for candidates across different job boards and search engines

    • Effectively utilizes the recruitment database (career site, professional and social networking sites, etc.)

    • Research new technologies, recruiting platforms, and recruiting techniques and makes the needed recommendations

    • Match the organization’s requirements and the applicants’ expectation

    • Anticipates and analyzes future skill requirements based on job market trend, labor supply, and demand, and develop a viable pool of talent well ahead of when they will be required

    b. Screening

      • Sort/segregate candidates according to job specification (i.e. resume and profile screening) and identify shortlisted candidates for further screening, as applicable

      • Process applications, schedule exams and interviews and conduct initial and in-depth interviews when needed

      • Communicate with Hiring Managers, Executive Team, and third-party providers for recruitment-related works and assistance, as applicable

      c. Hiring and Reporting

        • Schedule meetings for job offer discussion with COO/HR Manager with selected candidates

        • Perform reference check/coordinate with background checking providers and/or other staff involved in background checking

        • Maintain and update the ATS based on applicants in the pipeline and generate recruitment updates and reports including metrics of the total number of hires vs total applications received and processed

        • Escalate recruitment-related issues to the relevant person for proper resolution

        • Perform other general tasks related to the talent acquisition process

        II. Other Human Resources Functions

        Perform other human resources functions when necessary or during the off-peak season for recruitment particularly in the area of employee relations and compensation and benefits.

        Required Qualifications:

        • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting either inhouse or through a search firm

        • Hands-on candidates’ sourcing/headhunting experience, preferred experience with search and selection of technical talents

        • Experienced in utilizing various sourcing channels and recruiting platforms, e.g., LinkedIn and/or LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Facebook, Indeed etc.

        • Proven record of producing exceptional results

        • Effective English communication skills

        • A team player, supportive, aggressive, and ready to go out of the box

        • Achievement-oriented and a self-learner

        • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

        • “Can do” attitude and ability to work independently

        • Global/international recruitment experience is a great advantage.

        • Experience in handling other Human Resources functions/areas is a plus

        Work Schedule:

        Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8 PM Philippine time
