About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project / Product Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across Data, AI, and Software Development for a fast-growing technology startup. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects, including:

• Data Lake and Business Intelligence implementations
• Enterprise software and platform development
• AI management systems using AI agents
• Cloud-native data and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and project delivery expertise in modern cloud and AI environments.

Responsabilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Manage product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of Data Lake, BI, analytics, and AI-driven platforms.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to define architecture, delivery strategy, and execution plans.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and engineering execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility across teams.
• Define KPIs, product success metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support AI initiatives involving intelligent agents, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with leadership and clients to manage expectations, priorities, and communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products or AI agent-based systems.
• Exposure to Databricks, modern data platforms, or big data ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering/data teams.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Understanding of BI tools, analytics workflows, and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration, automation workflows, or agentic AI concepts.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
