Senior Fullstack

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer - This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a strategic role in designing, building, scaling, and leading the development of a modern SaaS platform. You will be responsible not only for delivering high-quality technical solutions across the stack, but also for guiding teams, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to long-term product and architecture decisions.

You will work closely with Developers, product managers, designers, engineering leadership, to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance features across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database).
• Lead and mentor development teams, promoting best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, system design, and technology selection.
• Solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot critical production issues.
• Build, integrate, and maintain APIs for third-party services and internal systems.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive technical strategy and contribute to long-term platform evolution.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

Experience and Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience in Fullstack software development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (EC2, Lambda, serverless architectures).
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence technologies
• Experience working with Langchain and Langgraph
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and implement scalable systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
