We are looking for a Network Operations Analyst (L3) - This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America

Performs more advanced triage and deeper analysis for escalated incidents.

Executes more complex or higher‑risk changes during maintenance windows.

Coordinates with network engineering teams where needed (while not owning design).

The scope of this engagement is operations only and covers:

  • Initial and advanced incident triage and troubleshooting
  • Execution of approved changes during scheduled maintenance windows
  • Support for data center, campus, and video services

All work is to be performed remotely. When issues require on‑site intervention or design/engineering changes, the offshore L2/L3 team will escalate to on‑call and on‑site network engineers according to the defined escalation paths and procedures.

IMPORTANT: Coverage during USA Second Shift (EST) hours (14:00 – 22:00)

Responsabilities

Incident Management – Triage & Troubleshooting

  • Take ownership of escalated incidents and complex issues, escalate to on-call network engineering team.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting (multi‑hop path/policy analysis, asymmetric routing, SD‑WAN path selection, complex firewall/NAT and F5 behavior, transport issues via Ciena MCP, detailed EXFO test interpretation).
  • Correlate data across tools (ExtraHop, logs, packet captures, NMS) to identify root cause.
  • Provide clear RCA and recommendations.

Data Center Operations (Remote)

  • Handle multi‑domain or cross‑site issues impacting data center services.
  • Execute higher‑risk changes: routing neighbor changes, shared firewall policies, F5 changes impacting multiple services (per approved plans).
  • Guide L2 during complex incident bridges and maintenance windows.

Campus Operations (Remote)

  • Handle escalated campus issues (e.g., spanning‑tree problems, routing loops, QoS issues impacting voice/video across sites).
  • Execute complex routing or multi‑device changes in campus core/distribution.
  • Support QoS adjustments when they affect multiple locations/applications (per defined plans).

Video Operations (Remote)

  • Handle chronic or multi‑site video quality issues where network, QoS, and transport interact.
  • Execute complex QoS or policy changes on WAN/campus that affect video services across multiple sites (per approved change plans).

Change Management (Service Now)

  • Execute medium‑ to high‑risk or complex changes: routing changes in core/edge, firewall changes affecting critical applications or shared services, F5 LTM/GTM changes that impact multiple sites, SD‑WAN policy/overlay changes.
  • Provide technical leadership during maintenance windows and coordinate with customer engineering when required
  • Ensure detailed post‑change documentation and lessons learned.

Experience and Skills

  • 5–8+ years in complex enterprise network operations.
  • Advanced triage, deep analysis of escalated incidents, and complex change execution.
  • Able to use the following tools for monitoring, basic changes, and triage:
  • Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM
  • Arista CVP / EOS
  • Cisco DNA Center, Cisco IOS/NX‑OS
  • Palo Alto firewalls & Panorama
  • Fortinet SD‑WAN & FortiManager
  • F5 LTM & GTM
  • EXFO network testing tools
  • ExtraHop
  • Ciena MCP
  • ServiceNow (incidents/changes)
  • English B2 or higher
