We are looking for a Support Engineer L3 - This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America.

Responsabilities

  • Investigate, fix, test solutions and roll out Windows problems in images
  • App packaging
  • QA
  • Help with custom image preparation
  • Patching
  • Windows desktop preparation, layout, security, etc
  • Cloud health, maintenance and troubleshooting/fixing
  • Support
  • Producing reports
  • Daily class launch & operation checks (until we automate desktop launching)

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Experience
  • Low level Windows OS knowledge, registry, troubleshooting (SysInternals tools), event logs, log file analysis, security, networking, Windows level, eg firewall, troubleshooting, login process, service configuration.
  • Windows desktop (virtual or physical) support experience
  • Don't really need to know any specific (Microsoft) products other than Windows itself
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher
  • This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America
