Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Campaign
  • Experienced in managing campaigns for brands
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (paid ads, funnel, targeting, and KPIs)
  • Familiar with or has hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics/GA4
  • Able to analyze data and derive insights from campaign performance
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines. Eager to learn and keep up with the latest digital marketing trends. 

Job Descriptions:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns for Archipelago and all brands under Archipelago in accordance with approved briefs and timelines
  • Execute and support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic performance tracking
  • Manage & run paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc)
  • Plan, set up, and optimize digital campaigns (awareness, traffic, and conversion)
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly to ensure targets are met, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting campaign performance data
