- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly PR performance reports.
- Coordinate press events, site visits, interviews, and media fam trips.
- Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely, appropriate responses.
- Manage and monitor the company's social media presence across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and communication strategy.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Competencies:
- Strong skills in writing, content creation, and digital storytelling
Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content (photography/video skills are an advantage).
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across hotel departments.
- Strong media relations and a good network of journalist/influencer contacts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
