  • Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly PR performance reports.
  • Coordinate press events, site visits, interviews, and media fam trips.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely, appropriate responses.
  • Manage and monitor the company's social media presence across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and communication strategy.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Competencies:

  • Strong skills in writing, content creation, and digital storytelling
    Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content (photography/video skills are an advantage).
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across hotel departments.
  • Strong media relations and a good network of journalist/influencer contacts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
